General Info

I'm placing an order for a gift, do you include the receipt in the package?

We understand that gifts are just that, gifts.  We do not include a receipt or invoice in any of our packages. Receipts are emailed to the customer only.  We will have a packing list though to ensure we get everything included in your order.

Can I include a gift note with my order? 

Absolutely!  We LOVE giving gifts and are honored you chose us!  Please write in the box (at check out) what you would like your gift note to say and we will be sure to include it. 

How long will my order take to process?

Typically orders are processed within 7-10 business days in the order they are placed. Sometimes we are able to process items MUCH faster.  Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.  Please note, that we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS.  If you need your order expedited, please email us at Additional fees may apply.
